This Rape Crisis Online Encyclopedia is an elaboration on the Wiki Encyclopedia entry for Rape. The editor of this site developed, researched and edited the Rape article from 2004 to 2006. In an effort to preserve it's useful information the Rape Crisis Online Encyclopedia Wiki was created in July 2006 by a group of researchers who formed the Rape Crisis Wikipedia Research Group. The editor has a Masters Degree in Library Science and does research on victim advocacy, victim blame and self blame.
